I was a sick putty tat, but now better than that...

As I lay in the window writing this, I think about the wonderful family I have... My Meomie and Pack Leader are always so worried about me because I have this terrible allergy to fleas... when I get bit I get such itchy scabby bumps I have to go to the nice cat doctor and get a shot in my fluffy white tush to make them go away...

They tried to help me when they saw fleas on me this time, but no itchy bumps yet... so they tried a store flea collar on me to help kill the fleas. Well, it did kill the fleas... and nearly myself. Fortunately, Nana recommended a nice lady cat doctor (nothing wrong with my regular cat doctor, mind you... he's taken real good care of me since before I could go "meow" properly, and takes special care of the puppymommy in her aged days) for them to take me to see...

I so did not like being in that little room. It wasn't big enough to be a room... it was bigger than my kittycarrier, and it hurt having that sharp thing in my arm and that other thing back there... well, you know what I mean, I hope. (It was embarrassing.)

But, I did feel better after that one night away from home away from Meomie and puppymommy and Pack Leader... and each day I felt a bit better still. But I still am a pooped pussy, and am spending a lot of time in my (current) favorite window: the office window that overlooks the back yard and the patio, and right below me is my puppymommy on her big thick orthopedic bed. Meowmie and Pack Leader spend lots of time in here, so I'm not alone.

Thanks to everyone who sent Pack Leader best wishes for me on his page or messenger or email... it helped me a lot!

Time to take another recovery nap...

Dax
